Date, time and Location:
The launch is set to depart from Victoria embankment pier at 9pm on 20th January 2007. The pier is situated directly opposite embankment station, just below the Charing Cross Station railway bridge. At 11:00pm the boat will dock so that people wishing to depart early may do so. The party will continue until 1am where the boat will dock at embankment.
It is suggested that people aim to arrive no later than 8:45pm to ensure that they do not miss the party.
Dress:
Lounge suits.

Price:
The price of a ticket is £16 each. There is a bar on board which is cash only. People are encouraged to buy tickets as early as possible as numbers are strictly limited.
Note: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY SATURDAY 13th JANUARY 2007. AFTER THIS DATE TICKETS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED ON THE DOOR (£20) AND THIS IS STRICTLY DEPENDANT ON AVAILABILITY.

Cash – Tickets can be bought by cash through either Rosalind Hodgson or Rachael Thompson in Bristol or Simon Padbury, Nic Lowry, Fraser Robertson or Ian Young in London.
Cheque – Cheques made payable to Coldharbour BC can be either accepted by those mentioned above or sent by post. Although because of the Christmas period if cheques are to be sent then its suggested that you first e-mail coldharbour@coldharbourbc.org.uk to find the most appropriate address.
Online – Payment can also be made via the website using the pay pal system.
